Variable Transformers

Adjustable Transformers
  • Input voltage: 0-130V or 0-230V
  • Output voltage: 0-130V, 0-230V, 0-260V
  • Rated current: 1A, 4A, 5.8A

These variable transformers can be used in a wide range of applications and have proven themselves to be the best method to achieve a high power variable voltage output, while maintaining a clean sinusoidal wave shape and a strong anti-interference.
Our variable transformers are partly molded in plastics for a light-weight design. The mounting hole pattern in the front and bottom plate allow various possibilities for fixing.
Without other specifications all the variable transformers are wound as autotransformers.

Installation and Safety Instructions
  • Installation, commissioning and maintenance should only be carried out by suitably qualified personnel.
  • All installations must be in compliance with all local and national electrical codes and standards.
  • Read all of the instructions before you use the transformer.
  • This transformer operates at mains Voltage. Do not exceed the maximum voltage and current rating!
  • This transformer is not designed to provide mains isolation. Please note that when connected to the electrical supply the terminal brushes and tracks surface are at mains voltage which is harmful potentially lethal.
  • The carbon brushes should be inspected for damage or wear, faulty or over worn brushes will result in damage to the windings.
